Stephanie Michels is an Assistance Vice President and Senior Mortgage Loan Officer in Bismarck, ND. Originally from Cooperstown, ND, she earned a business administration degree from North Dakota State University and began her career with Gate City Bank in 2004 while still attending NDSU.

Outside of work, Stephanie is passionate about giving back to the community. She is involved with several professional organizations and volunteers with Missouri Slope Areawide United Way, Bismarck Emergency Food Pantry and Great Plains Food Bank.

When she's not helping customers achieve their homeownership goals, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Whether they’re hunting, fishing, camping, attending sporting events or visiting their family farm in Minnesota, she loves making memories together.

Stephanie believes being a Gate City Bank team member means making a difference in the communities we serve while helping customers turn their goals into reality through trusted advice and personalized service. Of the bank’s Principles of High Standards, Customer Obsession is her favorite.
