Nick Olson serves as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer in Moorhead, MN. New to the lending side of real estate transactions, he brings more than 25 years of customer service experience – and an extensive background in real estate – to his role. Nick is passionate about helping customers feel informed and confident as they navigate their homeownership journey.

Originally from Twin Valley, MN, and now living in Moorhead, Nick has a bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University. Before joining Gate City Bank, he worked as a Realtor for more than two decades, most recently with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties in Fargo–Moorhead. Throughout his career, he was active in Realtor associations at the local, state and national levels, and he looks forward to continuing that involvement as a business partner member.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors – especially fishing and tackling lawn projects.
