This largely depends on when we receive a deposit notice from your employer or other payers. As soon as we receive that notification (except on Sundays or federal holidays), we’ll make the funds available to you!

Yes! Simply stop by your nearest Gate City Bank location, or give us a call at 800-423-3344 and we'll assist you with this request right away.
To hide or show accounts in online banking, select the gear icon to the right of “Accounts” in the “Dashboard” section. From there, uncheck the accounts you don’t want displayed and check the accounts you do. When you’re done, click “Save.”
If you’re using the mobile app, navigate to “More” at the bottom of your screen, then choose “Settings” and “Accounts.” From there, select the accounts you’re interested in and use the “Hide This Account” checkbox to show or hide them.
