Updated Business Online and Mobile Banking – Coming September 24!

As part of our commitment to delivering the best online and mobile banking experience for our business customers, we’re here to help you prepare.

Important:

If you utilize QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online (Express Web Connect), download your transaction history or use the “Sync” option by September 23 to reconcile and avoid any end-of-month interruptions.

Also, to make sure the transition goes smoothly, log in to the current online banking and update or remove:

  • Account admins
  • Inactive business online banking users
  • Outdated ACH payees and templates
  • Outdated wire payees and templates

Service Interruptions – Starting September 18.

In preparation for the business online and mobile banking updates, some services will be temporarily interrupted.

  • Online Banking Registration: Signing up for a new online and mobile banking account will be temporarily unavailable starting September 18. This will be back up and running starting September 24.
  • Transfers: Setting up new scheduled and recurring transfers will be temporarily unavailable starting September 18. (Immediate transfers will be available.) This will be back up and running starting September 24.
  • Quicken/QuickBooks: Quicken and QuickBooks Online (Express Web Connect) will be temporarily unavailable starting September 24. Service will be restored starting October 1.

Actions to Take – Starting September 24.

When you log in for the first time, you’ll be asked to select your user type, set up a new password and verify your identity. Business admin users – choose the “Reset my password” option. Business sub-users – choose the “Reset my business password (non-admin users)” option.

Follow the prompts to gain access to your updated online and mobile banking account. Once you’re logged in, here’s what to do next:

  • Sub-users: Review all of your sub-users and their permissions for accuracy.
  • Alerts: Manage and re-establish any alerts, located under the “Tools” menu. (If you submit ACH files, turn on the “ACH File Submission Alert” since it will replace email notifications for ACH processing.)
  • Transfers: Review your scheduled transfers.
  • ACH Templates & Payees: While ACH templates and payees will carry over, be sure to review all data and establish dates for templates set up for recurring submission.
  • Recent Changes: If you’ve made any changes to templates and payees between September 18-23, please note they will need to be redone.
  • QuickBooks: If you are a QuickBooks Online (Express Web Connect) user, follow these step-by-step instructions (PDF).
